They will provide primary HR support for Access Centers (FL and NV) and Ambulatory practices in Florida, focusing on benefits, employee relations, staffing, onboarding, and policy implementation.
The role includes conducting site visits, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, supporting leadership training, and coordinating with finance and payroll.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years HR experience, strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
