As an On-site Senior HR Generalist, you will serve as the dedicated HR partner for a large, high-profile condominium community in Atlantic City—supporting leaders and associates where it matters most, day to day.
This is a hands-on, people-first role for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional who enjoys being visible, accessible, and trusted on-site. You’ll handle everything from associate support and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, with the backing of a centralized HR team.
Starting at up to 29 hours per week across 3–4 days on-site, this role is designed with growth in mind and has a clear path to full-time (40 hours) for the right person. If you’re looking for a stable opportunity with real impact, strong visibility, and the ability to grow, this is it.
Flexibility to support occasional evening meetings is required.
Handle all administrative onboarding tasks including meeting with new hires to collect and review new hire paperwork, review benefits information, answer questions, and ensure an exceptional first-day experience.
Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. For safety reasons, employee must remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns.
Compensation: $35.00 - $38.00/hourly
