Job Overview:  
 
As an On-site Senior HR Generalist, you will serve as the dedicated HR partner for a large, high-profile condominium community in Atlantic City—supporting leaders and associates where it matters most, day to day.
This is a hands-on, people-first role for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional who enjoys being visible, accessible, and trusted on-site. You’ll handle everything from associate support and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day HR operations, with the backing of a centralized HR team.
 
Starting at up to 29 hours per week across 3–4 days on-site, this role is designed with growth in mind and has a clear path to full-time (40 hours) for the right person. If you’re looking for a stable opportunity with real impact, strong visibility, and the ability to grow, this is it.
Flexibility to support occasional evening meetings is required.
  
Your Responsibilities:  
  • Screen qualified candidates for open positions and coordinate interviews 
  • Assist with selection, offer details and extension 
  • Ensure associates complete all required and position training 
  • Assist with employee development and performance improvement plans 
  • Assist management with employee recognition programs 
  • Ensure all pay changes, data changes and employment actions are completed timely in ADP 
  • Handle all administrative onboarding tasks including meeting with new hires to collect and review new hire paperwork, review benefits information, answer questions, and ensure an exceptional first-day experience. 
  • Maintain employee records, track HR metrics, and produce reports utilizing ADP system. 
  • Ensure that payroll is ready for processing including resolution of missed punches 
  • Ensure that midyear and annual reviews for all associates are complete 
  • Oversee annual employee opinion survey and other HR programs as needed 
  • Handle all employee relations investigation with central HR guidance 
  • Ensure associate accommodations and leaves of absences are properly handled 
  • Assist central workers compensation with any onsite admin or information needed 
  • Provide guidance and expertise to Management on all HR areas 
  
Skills & Qualifications:  
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish- fluent speaking and writing 
  • This is a large building so walking throughout the building at times will be necessary. 
  • Must have HR administration experience. Recruitment and employee relations experience are a plus. 
  • Requires experience using time keeping or payroll systems. 
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows required.  
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information.  
  
Physical Requirements: 
  • Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 25 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary. 
  • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time.  
  • Must be able to communicate both on the phone and in person with our clients in order to resolve issues and manage the business.  
  • Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.  
  • Must be mobile enough to move around both the office in order to make copies, send mail and faxes and to walk around the property. This could include lengthy walks on uneven areas.  
  • Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors, and other associates.  
  • Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary. 
  • This position may alternate between working indoors in a controlled climate and with proper lighting, to an outdoors setting with variable climate and lighting. 
  • Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills. 
  • Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. For safety reasons, employee must remain alert to  working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns. 
  • Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment which may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties 
  
  
Compensation: $35.00 - $38.00/hourly
