Description
Reporting to an Executive Leader, the Senior Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic and trusted advisor to Salud's executives and frontline leaders on all aspects of human resources (HR) and labor relations activities. This position leads and develops the HR team to implement and drive all HR and labor strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR strategies with business objectives. The Senior Director is responsible for planning, overseeing, and evaluating all HR functions including labor relations, employee relations, classification and compensation, recruitment, employee benefits, disability, workers' compensation, leave management, management of HR staff, training, policy development and HR compliance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive interpersonal contact and frequent interruptions. Physical demands include sufficient ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to extensively operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information; see in the normal visual range with or without correction; hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
Flexibility: Adaptability to changing work demands, including the ability to work long hours, evenings, or weekends as necessary.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: $164,182.27 - $199,564.56 per year

Benefits: available to all regular Salud employees working 24+ hours per week. Part-time employees may receive some benefits on a pro-rated basis.
