The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a key member of the HR Commercial team and works collaboratively with HR and global business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. The role is responsible for designing and executing a people strategy that enhances leadership capability, accelerates talent pipelines, improves organizational effectiveness, and builds a high-performance culture.
This position requires deep expertise in Talent Management, including succession planning, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, and capability building. The Senior HRBP will drive HR functional excellence and strategic support to the business in the areas of human capital data management and analytics, HR process management, and workforce management. Utilize business acumen, HR generalist experience, cultural sensitivity, and an analytical, global mindset to drive data and process integrity, and enable confident people-related data-based decision making.
