If you're the person others rely on when things get complex - employee issues, tough conversations, organizational challenges - this is the kind of role where that experience really matters.

AAIM Employers' Association is partnering with a member organization seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide steady, hands-on HR support during a critical period. This role requires prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish, as you will regularly support Spanish-speaking employees in the course of your work.

This is not a "keep things afloat" role. This is about bringing clarity, structure, and consistency to the people side of the business while maintaining momentum across key initiatives. You'll work closely with site leaders, offering guidance, influencing decisions, and helping navigate real-time people challenges.

About the Role

In this role, you'll serve as one of the primary HR partners for the location, acting as a functional leader and trusted resource across employee relations, compliance, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy.

You'll step into a manufacturing environment where HR presence and partnership are essential, ensuring leaders and employees continue to have the support, direction, and responsiveness they need day-to-day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner closely with site leaders to align HR strategies with business needs
  • Support and guide employee relations matters, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate on recruiting efforts, from role scoping through selection
  • Advise on compensation practices, benefits questions, and policy application
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with applicable employment and labor laws
  • Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness
  • Identify organizational challenges and help implement practical, people-focused solutions
  • Support and influence workplace culture, engagement, and retention efforts
  • Contribute to ongoing HR process improvements and operational consistency
  • Monitor and interpret people-related trends to support decision-making

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of experience operating as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role supporting business leaders in a manufacturing environment
  • Professional Spanish language proficiency required, with the ability to communicate verbally with employees as part of regular job responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge across core HR areas, including employee relations and compliance
  • Confidence navigating complex or sensitive employee situations with sound judgment
  • Ability to influence and build trust without direct authority
  • Experience in operational environments (manufacturing exposure is helpful)
  • A practical, hands-on approach - you're comfortable stepping in and owning the work
  • Clear and effective communication style across all levels of an organization

What to Expect

  • Full-time (40 hours per week), onsite support at the member location in Astatula, Florida
  • A defined engagement supporting immediate business needs, with the potential to evolve into a longer-term opportunity
  • The opportunity to step into a role where your experience immediately adds value

What it Means to Partner with AAIM

You'll be stepping into a role backed by AAIM's resources, tools, and support-giving you the ability to focus on what you do best: supporting leaders and improving the employee experience.

It's a chance to do meaningful HR work, stay close to the business, and make a real impact without getting pulled too far from the work itself.
