Seeking a Senior HR Generalist to own recruiting and build HR processes in a growing, collaborative organization.
You'll manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience. Additionally, you'll lead onboarding, support HR operations, manage benefits and 401(k), handle leaves and compliance, and assist with payroll and HRIS data. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid schedule, adjustable hours, and direct access to leadership to influence HR initiatives.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HR experience, full-cycle recruiting expertise, and experience supporting multi-state HR environments. Nice-to-haves include benefits administration experience, familiarity with HRIS platforms, and HR certifications.
