Senior HR Generalist - Own Recruiting & Build HR Processes

$80,000-$90,000 + Bonus | Hybrid (2 days remote) | North Tonawanda, NY | Full-Time

What You'll Be Doing
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and locations
  • Partner directly with hiring managers (not just coordinating logistics)
  • Improve hiring processes and candidate experience
HR Operations & Employee Support
  • Lead onboarding and support day-to-day HR needs
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers
  • Contribute to engagement and recognition efforts
Benefits & 401(k)
  • Manage benefits administration and employee support
  • Lead open enrollment and vendor coordination
  • Support 401(k) administration and compliance
Leaves & Compliance
  • Coordinate FMLA, PFL, and disability processes
  • Support a multi-state workforce (U.S. + Canada exposure a plus)
Payroll & HRIS
  • Assist with multi-state payroll support
  • Maintain HRIS data (ADP Workforce Now or similar)
  • Support reporting and audits
Process Improvement
  • Identify gaps and improve HR workflows
  • Help build more efficient systems and processes
• What You Need
  • 5+ years of HR experience (Generalist or similar)
  • Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience supporting multi-state HR environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in an environment that's still evolving
• Nice to Have
  • Experience with benefits and/or 401(k) administration
  • Exposure to manufacturing or multi-site environments
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now a plus)
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)

Work Setup
