Our client, a leader in beverage manufacturing/distribution, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Human Resources to lead regional HR operations and partner with executive leadership to drive organizational performance through people, culture, and workforce strategy. This role will oversee multi-site HR teams and ensure alignment of human capital initiatives with overall business objectives.

Salary:  $175,000 - $225,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for regional HR teams across multiple locations
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies
  • Drive consistency in HR policies, programs, and service delivery while supporting local operational needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
  • Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives
  • Lead labor and employee relations efforts, including union environments where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Utilize HR analytics and KPIs to inform decision-making and improve performance
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
  • 5+ years leading multi-site or regional HR teams
  • Strong experience in labor relations and union environments required
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus

Additional Information

  • Travel up to 40% required (East Coast)
  • Must be able to work onsite in Camden County. This is not a remote or hybrid position. 
  • Salary $175k-$225k depending on experience
