  • Foster a winning culture by cultivating a positive work environment that embraces inclusion, promotes employee recognition, and strengthens engagement within the communities where we operate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM CP) or progress toward advanced HR credentials, preferred.
  • 6 years of progressive, tactical HR experience (HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting, or similar), with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Labor Relations (Preferred): Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment, including day-to-day labor relations, contract interpretation, and collaboration with union leadership to support a positive employee relations climate.
  • Demonstrated entry-level strategic exposure—participation in workforce planning, HR project work, or initiative design (e.g., piloting a retention program, contributing to a divisional people plan).
  • Experience handling employee relations cases and applying employment law basics.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel (reporting/analytics basics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and training skills.
  • Hands-on experience with people analytics or advanced reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
