Job Details

Overview
Seeking an experienced transportation professional to lead roadway and infrastructure projects from planning through construction support. This role is responsible for project execution, client management, team leadership, and overall project performance across a variety of transportation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage roadway, highway, intersection, sidewalk, and transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subconsultants.
  • Review and direct roadway design, modeling, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable design standards and agency requirements.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and support business development efforts.
  • Mentor engineering and technical staff.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 10+ years of transportation engineering and project management experience.
  • Strong background in roadway design and public-sector infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with transportation design and modeling software.
  • Knowledge of industry design standards and project delivery practices.
  • Proven leadership, financial management, and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
