Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support revenue integrity, reimbursement analysis, and financial reporting within a healthcare finance environment. This role focuses on analyzing net revenue, payer reimbursement structures, and ensuring accuracy across commercial and government payor contracts. The position requires strong hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) and deep expertise in healthcare revenue accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze net revenue, reimbursement trends, and payer contract performance
  • Support month-end close processes related to revenue recognition and reporting
  • Reconcile revenue data across multiple systems and ensure data integrity
  • Work with finance and operations teams to interpret payer behavior and financial impact
  • Extract, validate, and analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and Lawson
  • Provide insights to improve revenue forecasting and financial accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare accounting standards and internal controls

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Net Revenue or healthcare revenue accounting
  • Hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) – required and non-negotiable
  • Strong understanding of net revenue accounting and reimbursement methodologies
  • Experience with commercial and government payer structures
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, or the surrounding area on short notice if required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Lawson or similar financial systems
  • Strong ability to extract and reconcile data from multiple source systems
  • Healthcare provider or hospital finance experience
