- Deliver exceptional consultations and hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Recommend hair care, treatments, and styling products
- Provide standout client experiences
- Support team goals and salon cleanliness standards
- Assist with general salon duties
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Cosmetology License
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Acceptable background check
- Comfort using point-of-sale (POS) software
