About the Job

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Part-time, onsite 20-25hrs/wk

Hourly: $35.00/hr

Hours of Operation: 9a-3p

Location: Conway, Florida

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to provide support for a dynamic and fast-paced environment for an Educator. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.

Responsibilities:

  • Update existing design files in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Prepare files for print production
  • Support dynamic visual presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Photo correction
  • Prepare new supporting graphics for upcoming events
  • Respond to emails about design projects
  • Track projects in the queue and follow up to ensure deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • 4+ years tenured experience
  • Proficiency in:
    • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
    • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Mac computer interface
    • Google Drive
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, customer service, and responsiveness

Project Details:

  • Estimated duration: 4-6 weeks (possibility to extend)
  • In-office support: 20-25 hours/week
  • Specific projects include:
    • Upcoming events in July and August
    • Website updates needing graphic support
    • Print ad resizing
    • Corporate collateral updates (business cards, etc.)

This is a part-time position, onsite in the Orlando Florida Area. Remote work is not an option for this opportunity.
