What You'd Do in This Role:

EntreLeadership exists to provide hope to main street business owners by equipping them to lead with purpose, inspire their teams, and scale their businesses. As a Senior Graphic Designer supporting EntreLeadership, you''ll play a key role in advancing that mission through high-impact, brand-aligned marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results across digital channels.

You''ll partner closely with marketers and copywriters to bring strategy to life through performance-driven creative, spanning paid media, email, landing pages, print, and targeted campaigns. You''ll support a full portfolio of EntreLeadership offerings, from business coaching and live events to collaborating across teams inside Ramsey Solutions to execute at a high level. That means working alongside the teams behind The EntreLeadership show, live events, social media, and video production to ensure every creative touchpoint is cohesive, compelling, and on-brand.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 6+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• You are highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience working in CMS platforms.
• You have experience designing paid ads, email marketing, print, and landing pages.
• You understand performance marketing and know how to design creative that drives conversions and lead quality.
• You have experience collaborating closely with marketers, copywriters, and video/social teams to execute campaigns.
• You can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
• You communicate your design decisions clearly and are comfortable asking questions or pushing back when needed.
• You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates digital campaigns, performance-driven design, and marketing work.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Utilize and help construct creative briefs that translate marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with business owners and drives engagement.
• Design high-performing creative across digital channels (paid media, landing pages, email, and account-based campaigns) that deliver measurable results.
• Use data and testing insights to continuously improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall campaign performance.
• Partner effectively with marketers and copywriters to bring campaigns to life with clarity and efficiency.
• Apply brand standards consistently, reflecting clarity, purpose, and conviction in every piece of work.
• Create clear, engaging experiences that speak directly to business owners pain points and needs.
• Bring ideas to the table, take ownership of your work, and push for better creative solutions.
• Operate with strong conviction and alignment with the EntreLeadership mission-clearly representing what we teach and how we serve.
