As a member of our ITS team you will focus on innovation, data-driven decision-making, and development and implementation of GIS solutions that support infrastructure planning, ITS design, and fiber optic network management. We are looking for a tech-savvy professional with a deep passion for ITS, communication networks, and cutting-edge geospatial technologies. What You Will Be Doing: Provide daily GIS and mapping support for ITS, fiber, and technology projects. Use advanced GIS and CAD tools for layouts and spatial analysis in transportation. Support internal teams and clients with GIS tools for ITS, fiber, and technology planning. Deliver data-driven recommendations using analytics, Big Data, Web GIS, and programming. Analyze complex GIS datasets to extract insights using Tableau, ESRSI Insights, and Python. Automate GIS workflows and enhance visuals with custom scripts and extensions. Maintain a code library for enterprise GIS automation and deployment. Build and maintain automated GIS tools for fiber and ITS workflows. Collaborate on custom GIS and analytics solutions for transportation and communications. Develop and manage GIS database schemas for fiber and ITS projects. Support development and maintenance of internal and client-facing GIS web apps. Mentor junior GIS staff and support growth in geospatial technologies. Contribute to business development through RFPs, presentations, and client engagement. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Geography, Computer Science, GIS, or similar from an accredited college 8+ years of related GIS experience 2+ Years of progressive GIS programming experience Thorough knowledge and skills in ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and application related extensions Experience with web-based GIS services and mapping Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
