Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for private equity funds and SPVsSupport NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions and expense allocationsReview reporting packages and general ledger submissions from third-party administratorsPrepare investor, lender and internal reporting packages with variance analysis and commentaryPerform IRR calculations, management fee calculations and carried interest computationsAssist with consolidations tied to acquisitions, refinancings and dispositionsPartner with asset management and investment teams on operational and financial reportingSupport cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and debt compliance monitoringAssist with quarterly foreign currency translations and regulatory filingsDrive process improvements and support implementation of reporting technologiesContribute to budgeting, forecasting and month-end close activitiesWhat's needed? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldCPA required3-5 years of progressive accounting or fund finance experienceBackground in private equity, real estate, infrastructure or public accounting strongly preferredStrong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAPExperience with fund structures, SPVs and complex legal entitiesAdvanced Excel skills including financial modeling, pivot tables and lookupsExperience with Yardi, Investran, Wdesk or similar fund accounting platforms preferredStrong communication, organizational and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a transaction-driven environmentWhat's in it for me?
