Responsibilities:
About the Role
You'll be one of two Peraton Senior Functional Consultants on the shop floor of a live D365 F&SCM tenant at a regulated consumer-health manufacturer. The two-person FC team splits the three focus workstreams, Shipping/WMS, Forecasting/Planning, and Manufacturing, plus a slice of Trade & Customs, coordinating to close the gap between how the plant actually runs and how D365 is configured to run it. Position #1 leads Manufacturing and Planning; Position #2 leads WMS/Shipping and Trade & Customs. Both positions are full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own floor-truth discovery, gap analysis, and remediation specification for two of the four functional areas (Manufacturing + Planning OR WMS/Shipping + Trade & Customs, assigned based on candidate strength)
- Configure or specify D365 configuration for assigned modules, Production Control, WMS, Master Planning, or Trade & Logistics, coordinating with the client's incumbent implementation partner for execution
- Lead the BOM/formula integrity audit (Mfg role) OR the retailer ASN/BarTender remediation (WMS role) OR the FTZ configuration remediation (Trade role)
- Author operator-facing task-recorder guides and playbook pages for the training team to deliver against
- Coordinate directly with the Solution Architect on cross-module design decisions and dependencies between assigned areas
- Represent Peraton at the joint working sessions with the client's incumbent implementation partner on assigned topics
- Own the reconciliation report for assigned workstreams at each phase gate
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, and 12+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/F&SCM configuration experience; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Equivalent experience may be substituted for degree - minimum of 16 years with no degree
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330), active
- Direct hands-on D365 configuration depth in at least two of the following: Production Control (formula-based mfg, lot/expiry, batch orders), Advanced WMS (mobile, waves, work templates), Master Planning + Demand Forecasting, Trade & Logistics
- Demonstrated experience on at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O/F&SCM engagements
- US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Microsoft certifications: MB-320 (Manufacturing), MB-335 (Supply Chain analytics/planning), MB-310 (Finance)
- Prior D365 F&SCM engagement in medical device (Class I / II), pharma, food & beverage, cosmetics, or personal care
- Direct experience with BarTender / BarTender Commander to D365 WMS integration OR retailer ASN chargeback recovery (Costco / Walmart / Target)
- Direct experience configuring foreign-trade-zone (FTZ) or bonded warehouse in D365
- Working knowledge of GAMP 5 / 21 CFR Part 11 obligations on manufacturing execution records
- APICS CPIM or CSCP
- Prior co-delivery with a Microsoft Solutions Partner (Alithya, RSM, Sikich, HSO, or similar)

Target Salary Range:
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
