Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) to join our dynamic team supporting the EET Accessibility project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Java, Spring, and modern front-end development with ReactJS and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable Single Page Applications in an Agile environment. This role is onsite. GLIDER assessment required.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java and ReactJS applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Build RESTful services and integrate front-end components with back-end APIs.
• Create reusable React component libraries and implement SPAs with modern UI patterns.
• Write unit tests with JUnit and ensure code quality through CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to design, estimation, and delivery.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Design and develop common, shared, and reusable solutions and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant IT development experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on web development with Core Java and Spring (including Spring MVC).
• Expert-level ReactJS with SPA development and custom reusable component libraries.
• Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js.
• Strong experience writing unit tests with JUnit.
• REST API development experience (JAX-RS, Swagger, YAML) and web services.
• Database experience with RDBMS, preferably SQL Server, and working SQL knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible Tower.
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, or SVN and build tools like Maven and Ant.
• Comfort with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, WebStorm, Atom, Notepad++, Sublime Text, or Web Matrix.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, and inclusiveness.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAFe, Scrum, or Lean Agile delivery at scale.
• Knowledge of Spring Batch and system automation practices.
