FP&A ManagerLocation: New York, NYCompensation: $165,000-$180,000 + bonusClient: FinTech Start UpSchedule: Primarily Remote with an ability to go into the NYC office 1-2 a month (Preferred)Open to a completely REMOTE candidate on the EST timezone as wellExperience working within a high-growth environment and a strong background in fundraising activities, financial planning and analysis, and helping organizations scale through various funding rounds.About the RoleWe are seeking a Manager, FP&A to take ownership of financial planning and analysis for a fast-growing fintech company operating at the intersection of payments, compliance, and financial infrastructure.This individual will lead core FP&A functions including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analysis. The role will serve as a key thought partner to leadership, providing insights that directly influence business strategy, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong in financial modeling, and comfortable partnering across the organization to drive data-informed decision‑making.
