Overview Our client is a private equity-backed, approximately $250M revenue industrial manufacturing company experiencing continued growth through operational investment and strategic acquisitions. With multiple manufacturing locations across the U.S., the organization is focused on driving operational excellence, scalability, and long-term value creation.Position Summary Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the Senior Manager of FP&A will serve as the primary finance business partner supporting Manufacturing and Operations across a multi-site manufacturing network. This individual will lead forecasting, budgeting, manufacturing reporting, and operational financial analysis while partnering closely with plant leadership, supply chain, and finance to improve business performance. This role offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence operational decision-making through financial insights and strategic analysis.Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Finance & Business Partnership Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning for manufacturing operations.Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders to analyze financial performance and operational KPIs.Support plant P&L by identifying cost drivers and improvement opportunities.Develop financial models supporting productivity initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic decision-making.Financial Analysis & Reporting Oversee standard cost updates, cost rollups, and COGS modeling.Analyze manufacturing variances including material, labor, overhead, PPV, scrap, and inventory absorption.Support monthly close activities through financial analysis, reporting, and accrual review.Develop dashboards and reporting tools that improve operational visibility.Strategic Initiatives Support capital planning, ROI analysis, and major investment decisions.Participate in acquisition integrations and help standardize forecasting and reporting across the manufacturing network.Drive process improvements focused on automation, reporting enhancements, and scalability.Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of FP&A or Operations Finance experience within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, standard costing, cost accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.Plant Controller or Manufacturing Finance experience highly desired.Equal Opportunity & Privacy Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, religion or creed, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, veteran status, union membership, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, political affiliation, or other protected characteristics as required by law.
