Senior FP&A Analyst | $115K–$130K + 10% Bonus | Hybrid | Wheeling Area

Our client, a well-established multi-billion-dollar consumer products company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans

• Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities

• Perform scenario planning and business analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis

• Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3+ years of FP&A experience

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience working within a major ERP system (Sage X3 a plus)

• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred

• Excellent communication and business partnering skills

• Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred

• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or packaging manufacturing experience will also be considered
