Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Tampa, FL. Overview: This role is as unique as it is rewarding because of the Company Values and TRI Model. The FP&A Analyst supports the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role provides financial insights and analyses that drive organizational performance, improve resource allocation, and support long-term strategic objectives. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the position serves as a key contributor to the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by coordinating risk assessments, maintaining risk reporting, and supporting leadership's efforts to identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic and operational risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements and performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts and frameworks
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation
  • Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
