With 5-7 years of experience in a structured R&D environment—preferably within a large CPG food company—the ideal candidate has expertise in developing and launching products, with knowledge of Hispanic foods and chilled products a plus. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, support supplier qualification, and ensure regulatory compliance, including SQF, USDA, and FDA standards.
The role requires strong project management, communication skills, and proficiency with development tools and software. Physical activities involve handling ingredients and equipment, with environmental conditions varying from indoor to outdoor settings. The position reports to the Senior Director of R&D and supports the R&D Manager as backup.
