FMS Case Manager SpecialistASRC Federal is seeking qualified candidates to support our CECOM ASIC ARAT Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) program.The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center, now known as the Army Software & Innovation Center (ASIC), is headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and serves as the Army's hub for rapid, DevSecOps-driven software development and digital modernization. ASIC delivers secure, mission-critical software and capabilities supporting C5ISR systems, enterprise applications, and Electromagnetic Warfare operations.Within ASIC, the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) is responsible for the rapid analysis, development, testing, validation, and distribution of EW mission software and data. ARAT ensures Army and Joint forces can rapidly adapt to evolving electromagnetic threats through continuous software delivery, automated testing, and modern EW reprogramming pipelines.Role SummaryManages Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases supporting EW systems and partner nations. Supports the approximately 50 active FMS cases under ARAT, covering case finance management, Pricing & Availability development, GFEBS interaction, funding requests, and equipment shipping/receiving coordination.Key Responsibilities
