Team Red Dog is hiring a Senior Firmware Security Engineer – LLVM & AI Security Automation for our client, a leading cloud and software provider and AI-driven technology organization. In this highly specialized engineering role, you'll help build a next-generation firmware security analysis platform that combines LLVM compiler technology, large language models (LLMs), automated fuzzing, and AI-driven security analysis to identify vulnerabilities at scale. Working alongside compiler engineers, firmware security researchers, and platform developers, you'll develop production-quality tooling that automates complex security workflows while improving the security of critical hardware ecosystems. Join an engineering team tackling one of the industry's most complex security challenges—automating firmware vulnerability discovery at enterprise scale. You'll work across compiler technology, AI-assisted automation, fuzzing infrastructure, static analysis, and production engineering to build a platform that significantly reduces manual security review while improving the security posture of firmware developed by third-party vendors. As the platform evolves toward an open-source release, you'll also help establish engineering standards, documentation, CI/CD automation, and scalable developer workflows that will influence both internal teams and the broader security community.
