Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Business Partner. Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain governance processes for support operations across teams
  • Define and standardize incident management procedures, including ownership and escalation paths
  • Monitor and improve ticket management performance, including backlog, aging, and reassignment trends
  • Develop and track key performance metrics and service levels
  • Create reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into operational performance
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review performance and drive improvements
  • Conduct root cause analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
  • Support system and workflow optimization efforts within ticketing and ERP platforms
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
  • Assist with change management and communication related to new processes and standards

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, shared services, support governance, or related field
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and service delivery models
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel and data visualization tools
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
