We are seeking a Senior Financial & Operations Analyst for a Charlotte-based, onsite contract role through February 2027, paying $39-$49/hour (W2 only).
- Lead FP&A activities including spending tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Perform strategic 'what-if' forecasting to support long-term planning.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and improve performance.
- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for KPI monitoring.
- Collaborate on process improvements and streamline workflows.
- Prepare executive summaries and support special projects.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of AP/AR/GL, advanced Excel and data visualization skills, experience with enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Coupa), analytical mindset, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
