Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Business Partnering

Act as a trusted finance partner to leaders across IT, HR, RCM, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition.
Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Support cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and ROI improvement.

Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis

Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across corporate functions.
Identify opportunities to scale processes, improve efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
Evaluate and support initiatives that drive growth, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
Help implement data-driven approaches to improve how functions operate and measure success.

Reporting & Insights

Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
Develop KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., cost per hire, marketing ROI, RCM performance).
Assist in building scalable reporting processes and tools.

Ad Hoc & Strategic Support

Support business cases for new investments (technology, headcount, marketing spend, etc.).
Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparation of materials for executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required).
Experience working with cross-functional teams and non-finance stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
Experience in healthcare, multi-site businesses, or private equity-backed environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Highly proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to move beyond reporting and drive insights that lead to action.
