Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
2. Manage the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by developing financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Utilize tools such as MRI, SQL, Power BI to gather, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
4. Ensure compliance with ASC 606, GAAP, and other relevant financial regulations and standards.
5. Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor financials, and industry developments to provide strategic recommendations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and strategic objectives.
7. Support the team in the financial analysis of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities.
8. Review current financial processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA or a CPA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial analyst role
3. Proficient in the use of financial software
4. Strong understanding of ASC 606, GAAP, and other financial regulations and standards.
5. Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
6. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
