Senior Financial Analyst

IDR is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic organization focused on healthcare and outpatient services, providing valuable insights to support strategic growth initiatives.

Position Overview for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and investment evaluation.
• Develop and modify financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive business insights.
• Track and report on investment performance, including ROI analysis and value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams and provide training on financial systems and processes.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including trend analysis and variances, for leadership review.

Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum five years of financial analysis experience
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications; skills in Oracle and Essbase knowledge/experience considered a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Travel up to 25%
