This role sits at the center of financial decision-making for a growing real estate investment platform. You’ll build budgeting frameworks, shape forecasting models, and provide the analysis leadership uses to allocate capital and guide strategy.
This is an opportunity for a financial analyst who wants to move beyond reporting and into real influence.
Our client is a privately held, founder-led real estate investment and leasing company operating across multiple entities and asset structures. With revenue in the $50M–$100M range, the business is in a stage where financial discipline, visibility, and forward-looking insight are becoming critical to its next phase. Leadership is hands-on, expectations are high, and the environment rewards professionals who take initiative and operate independently.
In this role, you will…
Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet) and analyze variances and trends
Assist with investment analysis, including acquisitions and capital projects
Translate financial data into clear recommendations that guide business decisions
Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs and align financial plans with operational reality
Create and refine financial models to improve visibility into performance and risk
Support leadership presentations and strategic planning through structured financial analysis
What we’re looking for
Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles with ownership of budgeting and forecasting
Strong knowledge of financial software, data reporting tools (Such as Power BI), and Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring)
Ability to work independently with limited guidance in a lean environment
Experience building financial models and working with multi-entity or complex structures
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
If you’re a financial analyst who prefers building over maintaining—and wants your work to influence real business outcomes—we should talk.
