Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Perform financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reporting
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes
  • Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance
  • Monitor KPIs and identify trends impacting profitability
  • Assist with long-range planning and forecasting activities
  • Support compliance with financial controls and reporting standards
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Develop reporting tools and financial dashboards
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • ERP/reporting system experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Cost accounting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally within operations and finance teams
