Senior Financial Analyst

- Own forecasting, budgeting, and monthly outlook processes
- Build financial models by SKU, product line, customer, and channel
- Analyze manufacturing performance including yields, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, and conversion costs
- Support pricing, margin, and customer profitability analysis
- Develop dashboards and reporting to enhance KPI visibility
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Commercial teams
- Support capital analysis, scenario modeling, and executive reporting
Requirements:
- 6 years of FP&A, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting experience
- Background in fast-paced manufacturing or commercial environments
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools a plus
- This role will give you direct exposure to senior leadership and operations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
