The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on data, automation, and scalable analytics. This position partners closely with operations and leadership to deliver insights that drive business performance while improving reporting infrastructure and data visibility.
This position will be hybrid-remote, with in-office hour requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyze financial results, track KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities
Prepare financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership
Partner with operations and sales to evaluate performance and improve profitability
Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI and Excel
Extract, structure, and analyze data from ERP and manufacturing systems
Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytics
Build scalable financial models and improve data accessibility
Perform manufacturing and operational analysis including cost, margin, and productivity
Support cash forecasting and other treasury-related activities
Assist with integration of acquired businesses into reporting processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
4–7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment preferred
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets
Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL (required)
Experience with Power Query and ERP systems preferred
Ability to automate reporting and build scalable data solutions
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA
