The Senior Financial Analyst is an experienced financial professional who supports the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in advancing the New England Aquarium's budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management functions. As a key member of the FP&A team, this role performs advanced financial analysis, develops forecasting models and dashboards, prepares KPI and management reporting, and partners across departments to support data-informed decision-making and organizational financial sustainability. The position also supports financial systems, business intelligence reporting, capital and fixed asset accounting, and process improvement initiatives that strengthen financial operations and organizational effectiveness. Working collaboratively with Finance leadership and operational managers, the Senior Financial Analyst provides deep analytical and operational support that helps extend the FP&A function throughout the organization.
This is a full-time regular position offering a comprehensive benefits package. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with the option for a hybrid schedule, working some days on-site and some days remotely. Remote days are only available for residents of MA, RI, NH, ME, NY and VT.
