This position offers an experienced Finance professional the opportunity to join the Corporate Functions Finance team and lead support for two highly dynamic and visible organizations: Human Resources and Corporate Real Estate. The Senior Team Manager, FP&A serves as a strategic business partner, delivering financial planning, analysis, and insights to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance. This role will lead key processes including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.

Some of the responsibilities and functions of this role are:

  • Business Partnering & Strategic Support
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business drivers and translate them into financial plans.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as supply scale and efficiency projects, capacity planning, and process improvements.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for Human Resources & Real Estate Enterprise
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and investment decisions
  • Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
  • Financial Reporting & Performance Management
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports with commentary for senior leadership
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to monitor business health
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting in alignment with corporate standards
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Corporate FP&A, HR& Real Estate to ensure financial alignment across functions.
  • Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for strategic investments.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Manage and mentor a team of Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor
  • Drive automation and process enhancements within FP&A.

What you have

To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including leadership of complex deliverables and stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems (e.g., TM1/PlanIt, PeopleSoft, or similar) and data visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready materials
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to and influencing senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize across multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and evaluate financial implications

Preferred:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • People leadership experience with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Prior experience supporting Human Resources and /or Corporate Real Estate

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
