MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Senior Financial Manager plans and directs accounting and insurance activities for a branch or department within the organization.

  • They oversee the preparation of financial statements and coordinate the resolution of complex financial issues with senior stakeholders.

  • They validate technical financial artifacts and ensure adherence to established fiscal procedures and regulations.

  • The Senior Financial Manager leads the day-to-day execution of the program's financial management plan and oversees the tracking of project-specific budgets.

  • They authorize the consolidation of financial data to inform senior-level decision-making regarding resource utilization.

  • They manage the implementation of financial process improvements and recommend adjustments to enhance the accuracy of fiscal reporting.

  • The Senior Financial Manager provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field

  • 10+ years of position relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license

  • Background in DOD financial management and FAR compliance.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $113,400.00-$177,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
