We are seeking a Senior Finance Contractor for our client to support FP&A and operational finance initiatives during a period of continued growth and expansion. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and executive-level analytics across a multi-site healthcare services environment. The consultant will help provide additional bandwidth to the finance team while improving reporting visibility and operational decision support.
Attributes:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly FP&A reporting processes
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel financial models and reporting tools
- Assist with KPI reporting, dashboard development, and executive analytics
- Perform variance analysis and operational performance reporting
- Support multi-site operational finance and reporting initiatives
- Partner with finance leadership on ad hoc analysis, strategic reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- 10+ years of FP&A, finance, or operational finance experience
- Healthcare services experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience required
- Power BI exposure preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced growth environment
