Senior Field Technician (Roofing / Siding / Framing)

$70,000 – $80,000 (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday + On-Call / Emergency Work
Be the Go-To Problem Solver in the Field
Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Senior Field Technician to support our production team across roofing, siding, and construction projects. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can diagnose issues, execute repairs, and step in to lead when needed.
If you have experience across shingles, vinyl siding, Hardie, single-ply roofing, and framing, and you take pride in solving problems the right way the first time-this role gives you the autonomy, variety, and growth you're looking for.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve field issues across roofing, siding, and structural components
- Perform repairs and service work on shingles, vinyl, Hardie, single-ply systems, and framing
- Respond to emergency service calls (leaks, storm damage, urgent repairs)
- Support active job sites to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Step in as a Site Superintendent when needed to help manage crews and keep projects on track
- Document work with photos, notes, and updates in CRM systems
- Communicate with Project Advisors, Production Managers, and customers
- Ensure all work meets Kingdom quality standards and safety requirements
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite professionalism
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, roofing, or exterior trades
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Shingle roofing
- Vinyl siding
- Hardie (fiber cement)
- Single-ply roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC)
- Basic framing / structural repairs
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently in the field
- Ability to step into a leadership role on job sites when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
Pay & Benefits
- $70,000 – $80,000 annual salary (based on experience and skill set)
