Senior Field Service Product Manager
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Fulltime

Required Skills:
Total exp level looking for 5-15 Years

What We ARE Looking For (Must Have)
  • Recent, hands on Product Management experience in Field Service Management (FSM)
    • Candidate must have direct ownership of FSM products, not just exposure.
  • Strong experience owning and delivering core FSM workflows, such as:
    • Case / service request intake
    • Work order lifecycle
    • Dispatch & scheduling
    • Technician enablement (mobile tools, parts visibility, guided troubleshooting)
    • SLA, MTTR, first time fix rate, repeat visits
  • Experience where Field Service is the core product, not a side module.
  • Preference for candidates from FSM centric product companies or platforms, such as:
    • ServiceMax, PTC, IFS, Salesforce Field Service, ServiceTitan
    • Or enterprise products where FSM was a primary responsibility, not an integration.
  • Ability to clearly articulate what FSM features they owned, deployed, or scaled.

  • Resume should clearly show FSM ownership, not vague mentions.
  • Please highlight:
    • FSM modules worked on
    • Type of customers/environment
    • Recent FSM role (last few years is critical)
  • If FSM experience is not obvious in the resume, the profile is unlikely to be considered.

  • Generic Product Managers / Product Owners with only:
    • "Understanding of field service
    • High level or historical exposure
  • Integration only profiles (e.g., CRM/ERP/ITSM integrations into FSM tools).
  • Service Delivery, Operations, ITSM, or Program Managers without FSM product ownership.
  • CX, CRM, CPQ, Order to Cash, Warranty only, or Analytics heavy profiles.
  • Transformation, governance, advisory, or strategy roles without hands on FSM product work.
  • Candidates whose FSM experience is old, minimal, or secondary to other domains.
