Basic Function

The Field Service Engineer has responsibility for leading and executing customer-facing installations, site MRI lab build-outs, system modifications, and ongoing service and maintenance

for Imricor systems, including the Advantage System and all third-party equipment. This role coordinates and project manages all technical aspects of our product performance to ensure safe, timely, and compliant installations, successful clinical use, and high customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities as outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Location: Must be able to work in Burnsville, MN

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this Minnesota-based position is

$90,000- $120,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific

compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the

candidate's knowledge, skills, and or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a

Responsibilities

  • Serves as project management lead for MRI lab build-outs, system installations, and

modifications. Defines specifications, timelines, and operational readiness requirements.

  • Develops objectives, schedules, and repeatable procedural checklists.
  • Installs, tests, and documents all product equipment to meet compliance and performance

requirements.

  • Manages all the maintenance and repairs Imricor systems. Troubleshoots and problem solves

any customer issues.

  • Maintains service tickets, quality records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Coordinates delivery, installation, training, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborates and works closely with the Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Works with the field clinical engineers to provide technical and clinical case support as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical or bio engineering preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience with project management or field service engineering. Med-Device industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record of performing independent investigational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of documentation requirements.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and customer centric mid set.
  • Preferred experience working in MRI lab with medical device systems.
  • Valid driver's license and passport required.
