SWI of Salt Lake seeks a FT Senior Field Engineer to request, review, and track shop drawings and submittals from subcontractors and submit them to the owner and design team through the Procore construction management system; prepare detailed work plans for specialized construction activities and review them with field crews, clearly outlining material specifications, sequencing, and step-by-step execution procedures; lead project close-out activities, including punch list walkthroughs and documentation of outstanding work required to achieve final project acceptance; coordinate with subcontractors to ensure completion of all punch list items and facilitates final inspections and sign-offs by inspectors and the owner; prepare the project closeout report documenting key events throughout the project lifecycle, including awards received, notable achievements, recommendations, press coverage, and partner recognition; participate in the project through all phases of project cycle including construction reporting, bill, take-off, quantities, submittals, ordering, customer documents, project timecard, invoice processing, final documents submittals; establish baseline schedule reporting based on job estimates; process change orders as needed; support and maintain as-built drawings; supports scheduling, planning, and budgeting functions. MS in Civil Engineering and three months as Project Engineer required.
