The Senior Facilities Service Manager - Electrical leads the onsite electrical maintenance team responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mission-critical power infrastructure.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, they oversee technicians, develop in-house maintenance programs, ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, manage vendor performance, and improve maintenance processes.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairs, safety program ownership, incident response, and coordination with various teams to maintain 24/7 uptime.
Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in electrical maintenance or critical facilities, leadership experience, and strong safety and operational judgment. Certifications like journeyman/master electrician, NFPA 70E, or OEM training are preferred.
