Senior Facilities Reliability Technician (Diagnostics)

Your mission
Ensure the Miami campus—and our Hialeah site when needed—operates at peak reliability by maintaining building systems, executing PMs, and safeguarding access control and door integrity so our associates can focus on life-saving diagnostics.
How you’ll contribute
- Conduct building/property maintenance to uphold a safe, efficient workplace.
- Plan and complete preventive maintenance on facilities equipment for consistent performance.
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot doors, badge readers, and related access systems.
Team, location, and reporting
This is an on-site role within the Miami-based Facilities Department reporting to the Facilities Manager, with travel to Hialeah as operations require.
What you need to succeed
- Associate’s degree (or higher) with 3+ years of experience; or High School diploma with 5+ years in maintenance.
- Skill in basic plumbing and in repairing doors and card-access hardware.
Physical, travel, and driving requirements
- Ability to travel between Miami and Hialeah sites.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Comfort lifting, moving, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
Bonus points
- Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar construction trades.
- AutoCAD familiarity.
