Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and operated efficiently. This position is also responsible for commissioning, installation, and developing standards/training for new equipment.
Essential Functions:
Oversees contractors to ensure safety and accuracy of work
Coordinates the identification and procurement of new equipment. Obtains specifications and design information of new equipment
Identifies and implements options for equipment retrofits and repairs
Collaborates with cross functional teams for process improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
4+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with manufacturing and/or operations equipment.
