Supervises contractors and internal staff, manages contracts, procurement, budgets, and reports. Collaborates with various departments and agencies to identify needs, review project plans, and monitor work quality. Conducts site visits, manages records, and develops operational procedures. Prepares reports, handles incident documentation, and ensures safety compliance. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, 3 years supervisory experience in contracts management, and a valid California driver’s license. Knowledge includes contract management, financial analysis, engineering basics, and safety laws. Skills involve supervising complex contracts, effective communication, and data analysis. Physical and environmental conditions include office work, computer use, and occasional climbing. Must demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and adherence to safety and EEO policies.
