Senior Facilities Coordinator - Child Center - Long Term Care

Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Child Center. This posting represents a 1.0 FTE, day shift opening (5, 8 hour shifts per week).

The Maintenance Planner works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner. Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate''s Degree - Computer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience.
• 2 years - Experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading safety committee meetings, and staff education on safety awareness and best practices
• Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare - Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate''s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
