Were seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and C-Suite executives. This is a hybrid position for someone who can work independently from home while also being available to meet and collaborate in our Alpharetta office up to three days per week. Some occasional business travel, expected to be less than 2 nights per month, is required.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive, confidential, and strategic administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team. This position ensures that the C-Suite functions efficiently by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and maintaining seamless communication and coordination across the organization and with external partners.
Salary Range: $35000.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and other C-Suite executives.
- Manage complex calendars, contacts, appointments, and executive schedules across time zones.
- Organize meetings (in-person and virtual), including logistics, agendas, notes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Coordinate domestic business travel, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
- Oversee email management, prioritizing communications and ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and expense reimbursements.
- Handle special projects, research tasks, and executive initiatives with minimal direction.
- Maintain and update client, partner, and prospect communications and assist in follow-up tasks and relationship tracking.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proactive, anticipatory, and able to think strategically about executive needs and priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and familiarity with CRM, project management, and virtual meeting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through capabilities, with a no task too small and Ill find a way resourcefulness mindset, are essential.
- Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred but not required.
