IDR is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant, Professional Services to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Norcross, GA. This role provides high-level support to a senior executive in the professional services industry, focusing on executive maturity, professionalism, and a keen interest in technology and innovation. The position involves supporting the SVP of Professional Services during a contract-to-hire period and eventually supporting other senior leaders within the organization.

Position Overview for the Senior Executive Assistant, Professional Services:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the SVP of Professional Services, managing calendar, travel, and personal arrangements.
  • Assist with prioritized project management, expense tracking, and confidential correspondence.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address executive priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Transition into supporting additional senior leaders as needed, including VPs and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and executive presence in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

Requirements for the Senior Executive Assistant, Professional Services:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years of executive support experience at a high level
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Highly adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
