Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly responsive, systems-minded, and able to operate as a trusted right hand to leadership. They do not simply complete tasks — they help create clarity, accountability, and forward motion.
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to leadership
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, inboxes, and follow-ups
- Prioritize communications and protect leadership’s time
- Track deadlines, deliverables, decisions, and action items
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting materials and document clear meeting notes
- Support board, committee, and leadership meeting preparation
- Process consultant invoices, reimbursements, and related documentation
- Draft, send, and track contracts through completion
- Maintain organized records in Google Drive, Salesforce, Microix, Centerpoint, and other systems
- Support recurring administrative processes, forms, and internal tracking
- Identify gaps, delays, or breakdowns in execution and help stabilize them
- Provide occasional in-person support for meetings or events in the Greater New Orleans area
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday availability preferred during the following windows:
9:00 AM–11:00 AM
2:00 PM–3:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 15–18 hours per week, not to exceed 65 hours per month. Workload may vary based on organizational needs.
We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant | Nonprofit Leadership Support to serve as a strategic and operational partner to leadership. This is not a basic task-based assistant role. The right person will help manage priorities, protect executive time, streamline communication, and ensure key projects and administrative workflows move forward with clarity and consistency.
This role requires strong judgment, discretion, follow-through, and the ability to manage both details and big-picture priorities.
